Likewise, he pointed out that, after analyzing the affection and respect that thousands of citizens feel for the remembered Elizabeth II, he decided to open this innovative registry to write phrases and messages that express feelings for this “irreparable loss.”
On the other hand, he explained that people who wish to have access to this book will be able to approach the Embassy, from the 14:00 and 17:00., up to date Thursday September 15.
