The appetizing menu that Alcaraz dined in New York to celebrate the US Open

Carlos Alcaraz celebrated his triumph at the US Open in a Peruvian restaurant in New York, accompanied by a group of about thirty people. After appearing before reporters in Flushing Meadows, Carlitos and his team traveled to Ceviche Missionone of the best Peruvian restaurants in New York. Its chef, José Luis Chávez, has a place in the neighborhood of Upper East Side of Manhattan.

Alcaraz, who has already been to this restaurant on at least three previous occasions, had promised that if he won the tournament it would be where he would celebrate, according to Chávez. And so it was: he asked for some “cevichados roles”a typical Peruvian-Japanese fusion creation (tartare with catch of the day, acevichada sauce and tempura prawns) that according to Chávez is “his favorite dish” and then a typical Creole dish, the northern dryconsisting of veal ribs (kid in its original version) cooked over low heat after macerating in a green sauce based on coriander.
